NOTES
Depending on the type of project, the above points are supplemented with required documents and/or activities such as:
- Simulations
- D-FMEA, P-FMEA analyses
- Prototype tests
We help clients who do not have ready specifications to write down the scope of the project and expectations related to it, in order to define the scope of delivery as precisely as possible and meet the client's expectations.
- Our commitment to deliver the product or service to the client in the quality, time and price specified in the order is a paramount value.
- The customer is informed immediately about any risk of failure to meet the agreed quality and/or deadline and is involved in the decision-making process as to whether and what preventive measures should be implemented - we are transparent and on the request we share the progress reports in agreed time and frequency.
